Definitely, a big amount of us record replays, it's really hard and annoying to find them in the replay list when we enable the " Auto Record " option and we get thousands of replays, It's kind of difficult to search for a replay we recorded and need it a lot.
Anyways, my suggestion is to add another button in the replays board (in-game) says: " Favorite " or somethin' else... So, whenever we get a nice replay and we need it so much, what about adding a function allows us to automatically transfer the replay we need in one step to the " Favorite " list, by pressing on any key (You may add another function at Option > Keyboard > Action 3, so there we can set on what key on keyboard we want to automatically transfer the replay we need (Before we stop the replay of course).

So here we go, it's a better method of how to search for a good replays we want.

or u could just name the recordings something along with the date and hour using a hotkey and when pressed it will also end the recording (ingame)

I mean, It's really difficult to find the replay I need among thousands of replays.

It's going to be a pain to make such system because of how replays work, but I'll add it with the lowest priority to the to-do list.
To be honest though, I don't think it will ever be added. It's a lot of work for such small thing.

It is necessary, espcially for the editors.
