The only way it removes is by repeat deactivating it in my brower extensions.
oke hmm wich browser do you use? if you are using chrome then i suggest the following:
1. Remove chrome via add/remove programs
2. go to appdata with C:\users\<insert username here>\appdata\
3. in the local folder delete the folder "Google"
4. Reboot and install chrome again

for firefox you will need to go to the "Roaming" folder in appdata and delete mozilla and delete mozilla in the "local" folder

if that doesn't work then it is running on your computer and i suggest using for chrome the chrome cleanup tool and running malwarebytes. also check your add/remove programs list for melondrea. if that doesn't work maybe i can help you over teamviewer.
