All of my admins were tested for months =),
BearZ, as an example is my top admin who waited 3months.
She was with me from the start of my early days in the clan.
She is very kind, finds her pleasure in serving others, she doesn't complain. She stand by our clan motto. LOL, and she's a she.

@clan - I don't mean she's the best of all my admins. Every member is special, it just depends on how they see the clan. Is it for fame and glory or for fun and friends. =), I take them both for balance, clan recognition and a happy clan community.

If they can't take it anymore and want to be admin in an instant,
that just show they can't handle patience which is a virtue.
Therefore, they can't be a good leader when they can't handle themselves.
How can they handle others?

I believe weredeer is good. I think POLLS gives some points, but most of the percent should go to how you see him in time.

I understand, but my expectations for an admin are different. You see, the people I want added aren't judged by niceness, but by skill. I know it sounds bad, but friendly people in my clan help the people with egos in them. So it helps all in all. Weredeer is a person I can trust, but many don't like him. I thought I could trust my twin, specticle, but he kicked people from my clan without permission. And for no reason either. O.O hope that makes sense.
