As forum moderators, we can permanently delete those messages, but most of the time we just "soft" delete them incase we need to use them as evidence (never happened so far) either way, im still not sure if the "deleted by ***** " message will go even after we permanently delete them

We don't ever physically delete stuff because it may be useful in the future as a reference to reports and whatnot.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
