I have 1.5k in lobby,
steady 250 in game.
Until another player is on my screen, then it drops to 50-250
Playing on low fps is okay, but when it drops, it gives stutters. That makes it unplayable.

what are your specs.

I also get a stable 250 with an old 900 series i7 processor and a 400 series NVIDIA video card.

All possible solutions including this one don't solve the issue, I've tried doing that stuff myself and nothing worked. It only started happening since the last 2 patches, other games would run fine, no FPS lags or any of that.
