[Help - Other] Cable Internet - HELP!

Once I plug-in my cable internet to my laptop, it should be wired !! But it says that it's wireless.
Why ?!
Is because there is a certain device that isn't identified or something ?

Device manager, disable your wireless card and see if theres a cable connection established then.
