As you are aware, players are able to abusively exploit rejoining matches whether it's to increase their k/d ratio or to frustrate their opponent. There needs to be a limit on how many times a player can rejoin a room for every "x" amt of time to prevent this from happening.
I didnt really understand but that may not work if u were a lagger and have to rejoin 3/4 times to fix

Not everyone rejoins for that reason though, some people may want to rejoin because of: lagg/ping spike, changing gear, agent error, etc.
It's impossible to identify who rejoins for a legit/unlegit reason.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
