Most likely Dave will say this, "This isn't needed, because you can report them for avoiding kicks." Which is true. Also there was a thing before, where you can kick a user even if they aren't in the room, aka room banning them. But I believe they removed this; Only heard this from someone awhile back.

Or make it so we can see how many has agreed to kick a certain person and if all people agree he gets kicked even if he leaves and if they don't he doesn't if he leaves.

I could setup some type of code where if the user has a vote kick against them, they can't leave until the vote has been completed. If they do try to leave say, via closing the client, then an automatic kick is applied to the entire account.
