    If disbling and enabling your network adapter doesn't work.
    Try using the onboard troubleshooter which will run a test and attempt to locate the issue, if this still doesnt work then reset your router, failing that then your ISP maybe having issues, sometimes can be identified by the lights on your router (Mine have 5 blue lights, if one begins to flash or goes red then its an issue at the ISP end)

    I called the isp they said everythingn is okay
    I think its a virus or somethin?

    oke try this:
    1. go to adapter settings in network and sharing center
    2. rightclick your adapter and go to properties
    3. doubleclick "internet protocol version 4"
    4. see if they are both on automatic
