    So this friend of mine seems to have a problem that when they try to log in after 6pm their game becomes horribly slow, something that fixes itself the next day. No, none of the family members/neighbors are using the internet at that time and no, restarting the computer/router doesn't help.

    Because at peak times more users around the country with the same ISP will be online/downloading etc...

    Change isp they throttle your internet at certain times
