My PC has been blowing really, really, really hard. As I became quiet annoyed by it, I decided to clean it from the inside, because when I hit the PC hard enough on the left side, suddenly the sound disappears (sometimes). I personally think it's something with the vans (not sure). Also I've removed it from it's original spot, which was quiet a warm place, to something a bit cooler.

Check Bios sometimes you able to increase / decrease the fan speed.
i think one of your fans is faulty or a bit loose. i hope it isn't your cpu fan because that one is more difficult to replace. the other fans you can replace with 4 screws.
