Suggestion title: XP Locking


Suggestion description: Giving you the ability to lock your XP Gains, so you can stay level 1 forever if you desire. I know there's training rooms.
But I would love to have a level 1 color name character with the ability to not level. So I can have so many kills and stay level 1.

Please make this a thing <3. *If already is, let me know where to go*.

They can either add a check to block re-birthing while XP Lock is enabled or If you rebirth while XP Lock is on, it will still rebirth you and override the option still down-leveling you.

Not very useful but why not..
We do need to be sure it would block rebirthing (like once lock you can never unlock).

Uhm.. Not sure about the whole permanent solution. Surely you can add a new table line to check if XP Lock is enabled then block it from the website from using that table. But either way would be nice I guess.

Yeah, I agree I guess there could be a permanent XP Lock option on the character creation screen. But if this does goes through maybe should see if players want it both ways.

if the suggestion is going to be added then it must be exactly the same as steph said or it will be useless
