Truthfully, it's a little hard to call this swapping.
In the replay you provided, when you killed him, it showed he had a 10 streak - meaning that the other 7 deaths from the AFK player must have been from someone else.
And what about the 4 deaths the other player had...
It's hard to truly determine if they were swapping, but I'll be sure to watch over them just incase.
