I don't see PlayersWars as a replacement to the ClanWars, its like another mode similar to DT and TDM combined, you get random teams to play with and you earn pts by winning, ClanWars is the same but you get to play with a team you decided to play with before you start the game, it's a good idea and I'd like to see it in FGunZ.
