I have every single replay with raiku in cws

Points are determined by ranking of clan vs clan, let's say he cw'd vs other clans we can't determine how many points he made from those clanwars and also we can't be sure of Rose rank Vs Best rank at the time of the clanwars to determine how many point he would of made.

Lowest pts are 17 - 25
if we are 2nd and they are 1st

If they win they get 17

if we won we would get 20

Idc what calc u go by, u can do 17 pts per cw for all i care

it doesnt matter for now, user has 7 days to appeal only after these 7 days if the appeal got handled then we are allowed to remove, as for now I will have to decline this report.
And it's fine we have our own logs, deleting a user wont help them that's for sure.
