I made the Dragon in Illustrator then Exported it to Photoshop to add some effects to it took me a while to make it hope you like it:

it's an eastern dragon... they are friendly and very wise acording to legends

the head is fine i like it it blends in well i guess but the head does look kinda cartoony thats why it pops =3
