I haven't seen Jagex sue anyone before and I been with the RSPS Community for over 6-10 years. The most would be asking you to turn the server offline.

C&D's are a bitch. It's what killed the original idea for 2006 servers -cough- then Jagex literally stealing that idea -cough-

I like that name, it sticks with fgunz and stuff. Unless theirs some other good ideas..

He's referring to the fact that the name would be far easier to track from search bots and whatnot from Jagex or anyone else looking to Cease and Desist. Scape is a common term and can easily be found considering the namesake. If you used a fairly unrelated name, it far decreases the chances of bots filtering the server in.

Probably why NR has been going on for a while now.

Needs to atleast have Freestyle, freestyler or something in it. But i'll think of something and I'll add another strawpoll on here.
