As you can see every single round that I am playing against him he 4-5 shots. Flawless between every single shot, which doesn't make sense. You can see me wall posting mostly every round and and he's walking/not trying and still hitting like a truck. There is no way that this is legit. I saw you referring to another report (raikus) saying that there is no possible way that someone could be that accurate. You can see many sketchy rounds where he whips his X hair, these replays should explain themselves. You won't have to watch more then 2-3 To see that he is unlegit. I would appreciate if this report was handled by other people then ZoneStyle and Ommadawn considering of the biast opinions that will be given (Because of Bar being their friend). Thanks!

Most suspicious shots were probably lag shots(by the end of the round/last hit). In my opinion the user is legit,he seems like he has a very good aim and since you had a little ping to him it is obvious that he is legit so It's a no for me.
When you said you were wall posting,he didn't hit you when you did not rush to him,you can see a lot of misses despite his x-hair running across your body.

Note that it isn't flawless,he just hits the short distance point blanks every time you rush in at the enemy's location,also he rushes you when you are behind a truck or some object that he could surprise you with a pb,I don't see any auto-triggers/sudden shots that aren't controlled by him. This is my opinion,I watched all the replays and each one of them multiple times that's why it took me almost 30 minutes. So it's still a no for me regardless of you defending your report. I'm not the one whose gonna decide whether to decline or approve your report so keep on track and updated.

Watched replays; I'll give my insight on them later on but so far everything is normal to me; full explanation will be given later.

Player seems to be skilled, nothing wrong with his shots and his pb's are reasonable considering the gap you allow him to close.
Spectated the player in-game too, plays just fine.

I personally know bar and as you may know, He is a very good well known competitive player. He also streams a lot while playing and you can watch him Here , No signs of shotbot, hits were pretty normal and he didn't fail a single reload shot. Also a no for dmg modify, his aim is just on point and he barely missed. User is legit to me therefore its a no from me.

After watching all those replays I can say that I don't believe he's using any sort of hack. To me it just looks like someone with good aim and fast reactions, really making sure each shot counts.
