Okay there is a lot to CnC,
The signature is too plain---everything is the same,the colors,it doesn't blend.
The lighting---is only a little,like I can only tell the only lighting you put there is above the render,the render's pixels is broken because you used too much Burn Tool on him,I appreciate the blurred things but it still doesn't cope the random throws of yellowish fractals,you didn't use C4Ds too. The depth and flow is missing,everything about it is a mess. The text,I barely see it and I had to look again to see where your text is,the text placement is way off,the color doesn't fit anything and it is so small we need to dig to see it,the only thing that is perfect is that little nursey hat's color but that's it. Try more tutorials and you'll soon improve.

Hello. I made a second signature, maybe its a bit wierd but i liked to golden color because this girl has a golden clock too in the anime so xD
Maybe the light at the top is a bit to bright but i dont know about it so.
And i didnt knew what text to take and what text to type so i just picked one that maybe fits with it so. xD

The signature itself looks quite okay, its not the best but not the worst either, i've seen and made much worse xD
On the points i suggest you to work on is coloration, balance and text.
the bubble effects are nice and all but they are too dense, try making them alittle bigger and spread out.
The text is just un readable, try a clean font like Arkhip or Telegrafico.
On the coloration i suggest you to give more diverse colors than just goldish yellow like... add some red into it or some natural colors for the face and the smoke like yellow smudges are quite nice if placed close to the render.
I hope you can see this as critisizm and not ego/bashing
