No I forgot. But they are still playing CW atm if you can log in and play with me I'll take as much as you want screenshots.

I'm replying from my tablet so that's not possible, you're free to add more evidence if you got to play them with someone else.

After watching both replays, I really saw nothing wrong with the way they play nor did I see any float or signs of UC.
So it is a No, for me.

Edit: I forgot to mention I spectated the Ruin game personally and didn't see anything at the time when I spectated the CW.

The only glitchy movements I saw was when kinogirl started spiking, which is what you unfortunately left un-noted before reporting.

When you look at this link, you can clearly see that kinogirl is spiking (100+ ping) - which could be the only reasonable verdict I can come up with since I don't see any other signs of underclocking at all.

Replay of Garden

As for Piatov, I don't see anything coming from him either.

A no for me too. I only see a single spike of kinogirl but the rest of the play they're playing fine. Also,you provided insufficient screenshots. If you read the format/requirements for an underclock report it must be 4 screenshots per round or more if you could provide.

I only saw one suspicious moment but thats because they were spiking, other than that, both users seems to be highly skilled and legit.
