First of all, there's no punishment for scamming anymore. It is no longer our concern, unless the user has an extremely large amount of proof and it happened in game.
Secondly, you didn't provide any proof of him trying to scam you. All you showed is him saying that he once scammed me.
Thirdly, FGunZ doesn't support trading/buying/selling. So it is your full responsibility if you still decide to buy/trade/sell something with someone else. Unfortuanately for you, we are not going to help you.
I suggest you not to trust people online.
