activate windows message

ok so after an update of my windows 10 i got this message on my bottom left corner:

the translation is

Activate Windows
Go to 'settings' to activate windows

and it goes above everything i open which is quite annoying. can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

i went to settings, and got this button to activate windows, after clicking it, it did a loading icon thingy and nothing happened.
