[Help - Error] One last time about hacking attempt error.

-reinstalled game multiple times
-every single third party program is disabled
-every single startup program is disabled
-windows defender is disabled
-windows firewall is disabled
-antivirus is disabled.
-no other program is opened

still i get the hacking attempt error. explain me....

not gonna downgrade my pc just for this stupid error bytheway. i use windows 8.

if you can help me please do, else ill just try live with it and stop playing.
im using a laptop. mouse doesnt have any programs with it. headset doesnt have either. exceptions are made in firewall antivirus etc etc.

If his laptop is windows 8 / touch screen it's probably him touching the screen (if it is). I have dealt with that multiple times.
