If someone starts a vote kick against someone, in chat would tell who started it

I bet it would be pretty useful to know whos that mad **** that keeps kicking people from the room without any reasonable explanation

Suggestion description:
Once player joins a room, he would not be able to kick anyone from the room for first ~10min ish of play time

I suggest this, cause i know multiple ****s that uses infinite kick bug (by creating new room ), keeps abusing it for like 5-10 vote kicks everytime, until the player gets kicked... Really annoying.
Imagine having a fanboy and "vote kick starts, he leaves the room, he comes back, eventually vote kick gets rejected, he starts it again, leaves the room, comes back and repeat... " ;s

1st one will literally make no contribution to the game but merely cause more drama in the room the person is participating in.
I like the second one though.

Well, you could be able to prevent vote kick wars if 2nd suggestion would implemented

2- Dunno if it's possible, But I support.

If it's possible .. how about a person will only get kicked if he is voted twice with the majority of the vote is yes .. like 2 rounds thing.
Will give enough time to explain his actions and stuff.

Also I don't find any major problem with the current vote system.

I Like the 1st suggestion .. only if it won't start a vote war.
