Remove the /vote kick command, it's useless as long as we have /kick, vote kick makes players able to talk while being muted, flame each other without knowing who did it, but also keep it for staff members

NO STOP I PREFER /Vote Kick cause you can't make mistakes with that and also my number keys from 1-4 don't work

The /vote kick could cause a war, just remove it, or anything else that makes the players are just able to kick online players, so they won't be able to use it for insult each other or w/e.
