It's a place for boys and girls(40 year old virgins) to date/flirt.
I think it's reasonable because it gives people who hasn't really got the chat-up skills irl to express themselves to another sex which I'm assuming they havn't done so before. However, it's a playground for pedofiles and other things you wouldn't expect.
