any pro pc users

so my fokn GTA making my CPU go to 100% usage which makes it crash as well ( at the times it enters most of times its just stucked on loading screen).
it only happens on GTA , it happens on any graphic settings + it even happens when im in menu so..

my specs : EVGA GTX 960 4GB
i5 6400 2.70GHz
8GB RAM

I've searched, and found these solutions;

1 -
After running the game, go to task manager
Find GTA5.exe. Set priority to high.
Find GTAVLauncher.exe and all subprocess.exe and set them to the lowest priority.

2 -
To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe, selecting Properties from the menu, Select the Compatibility tab, Set the compability mode for Windows 7 or 8. Start the game and enjoy!

ALT-TAB out of the game, open up the Task Manager, close down the Grand Theft Auto V Launcher and then return to the game.

tried it , the game just crashed after 10 minutes.

Maybe cuz you set the config too high? or maybe the resolution is affecting it. Set your desktop resolution to the lowest it can be and run the game
Or find the config file with all your settings and move it somewhere so the game will start new. Should be in the Documents folder under Rockstar games
