What's that second process in the list? As you can see GTA only uses 35%.
Also the third process (csrss.exe) is using a lot, which is very unusual (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/...-gta-runs.html)

Close everything running in the background and do a full scan with Malwarebytes. Also when you start GTA, unplug all your USB devices and see if there's a difference. Apparently it happened to some people because of corrupted USB drivers.

Have no idea whats the second process and ill try what you wrote now ;-;

Alt tab out
Run Malware Bytes
Run full scan
Tab back into GTA 5

I have the same problem with CSGO, This is what i do for it to work

8GB 1600Mhz RAM - Memory usage only approaches 6GB

Online play - Any random actions can cause the freeze/crash [fullsceeen, 10~30mins of play] Specifically, it has frozen multiple times on online zone-transition (on the last zoom level just before it reaches character) especially coming out of missions.
