I`m not going to do anything with it because McSic said glitching in Darker is not bannable.

Mcsic said it's not bannable, but as I said in a previous post,

Just because its not bannable, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be issued a warning.

Yet again, just so I can make sure you get this: McSic said that the glitch isn't bannable, but he didn't say that it wasn't against the rules. He didn't say that the person can't be issued a warning by a GM for doing that glitch.

Just because its not bannable, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be issued a warning.

Using the Glitch to get Glitchers should be done, but constant use = Warn.

its just a fault in the map
