Cut back on the ram, you only need 12gb at the most, get a cheaper case (a coolermaster haf series case, cheap and good), and i don't recommend the 980 ti b/c of its premium price. A amd r9 390x is more than enough. that's take your build down quite a bit in price.

I earnestly suggest that if you don't know too much about what you're getting into and want something specific-- I'd go here in the PC Master Race SR. Their builds are are consistently updated at least once a week to be in line with new products or new sales from select online retailers/resellers.

Their builds suggestion ranges from a Media station to an Ultra 1080p Triple A gaming platform. I suggest to simply choose what you are looking for and as you select your parts, ask around in the SR if you have any questions and concerns. There's no sense in having another poor soul dumping money into nothing when the information is widely available.

    Operating System: Windows Vista

    System Manufacturer: HP-Pavilion Slimlime

CPU: AMD Anthlon 64 x2 DUAL Core Processor

    Ram: 4GB

    GPU: Intel HD Family

This is enough to slapt up some people on fgunz.

If you get a decent cpu cooler of like $30-40 you should be fine.
As for the case.. I do not recommend spending $260 on a case, $100 for a case should be fine as well.

That's expensive as ****.. You can get a really good case for about 50$.. and do some moding yourself i.e leds etc.
That power supply is a overkill. To run single graphics card all you need is 500w from decent brand. But for future i'd reccomend getting 600w and that's more than you'll ever need. I could build a pc with similar performance at about 500$.
