Players that reject whispers shouldn't be able to whisper. Why? Why not? ***** whispering u and u cant whisper back like wtf how am i supposed to talk to him?????? SOOOOOOOOO whenever he tries to whisper someone a wild box appears saying 'unlock ur whispers first u scrub' or something like that
