I only saw one suspicious ground slash @ the very last moment of the replay (CLAN_[001]_Queen_2016-05-20_16-50-36_Beatiful), other than that, I don't think he was using anything as I didn't see any unusual shots and I think that he just has a good aim.
Also hitting everything isn't even a sign of shotbot.

Saw 2 slashes, 1 in both replays. But sadly that's not enough to ban someone. Collect more evidence.
