I never experienced any of this before until I was in the middle of a overwatch game where my whole pc just crashed and now it won't turn on properly. It runs fine from when I turn on the pc but when windows load it says 'No signal found' and automatically restarts my pc again and this process keeps repeating and repeating.

Your PC isn't sending out a signal to the monitor to receive an image. If you use an external graphics card, it may have switched back to the on board graphics as a fail safe. If that's the case, switch to the onboard VGA/DVI port.

Remove the graphics and reset the BIOs. Two different types of GPU, on board and graphics card.. Duh. >_>
