Permanent whispers?

If you get whispered in-game and for some reason you don't read it(either afk or there's a douchebag spamming in the room), there should be a way to read them later. How? Make em appear in lobbychat or in gameroom aswell. Adding a timestamp on them would be useful too.

also, you could add a whisper box that when u write /whisperbox it shows u all the people who whispered you in your last login?

Chat History as in an overall history with a Filter option in that so that we can filter out the names of those whose messages we want to or filter out the type of messages /eg Whisper, @Chat rooms, Clan chats etc.

I just hope this wouldn't bloat the client or make it slow or increase the size too much.
I think this would bloat it.. seems like a table would be added to every user account in the DB and there seems to be a huge list of accounts.

I believe this would be helpful and useful for staff members and/or us, in order to check for unreported spammers and/or other personal messages while we're not online.
Speaking of the last, I was just thinking on a whisper system that works this way: You have two characters(Player1 and Player2) and you're currently using Player1. Another person you know(or who knows you) whispers you to Player2 but you can't see it because the character is currently offline. How about the whispers go straight to your account and you still can see them from any other character? You can either reply or ignore, enable or disable. There will be no privacy issues because you can enable or disable(in case it's an undesired whisper).
