Is it a room with alot of people and did you respawn, if so, its normal.

Rejoin (no use if players are more than 28+)
Relog
Restart Pc / Router

if all pings are -- the connection is mostliky blocked somehow

Check anti-virus/firewall
Check connection is not blocked in windows firewall itself
Check if the ports are open in your router
