So, Recently I installed GTA v, fps is lower than 7..
Especially when I drive a car, it goes -4, I have intel HD 3000 graphic card, I've updated it, And I tried to use gaming mode, making it high performance, and high priority. nothing work, got any ideas?

Intel HD graphics isn't for gaming this graphic card can't play Sonic generations . Need for speed .Minecraft .Sonic unleased .

You can play Small games.

My friend can run it using intel graphic card with out any issue.. (40+ fps)

Edit: I can play need for speed, far cry with out lag.
