when was last time you cleaned your laptop or desktop that does miracles also

I don't even think you can achieve fps that low with current day integrated cards... Seriously.

Scan your system for viruses, malware and spyware. Also disable all unneeded programs from starting together with windows.

If your system is a laptop set it to high performance and make sure it doesn't run games on an integrated chip if you have one alongside a dedicated gfx-card.

Doesn't make sense. Could be graphics, multi sampling, stencil buffering (?)

I had that problem before, get atleast i5 or a8 with 4gb ram it would help a lot since gunz graphics is not that high.
