I used to Play crossfire about 3 or 4 years ago. good old times.

is it still full of hackers?

Crossfire doesn't have as many hackers now
I've seen a couple but they usually get kicked instantly
EUs should be able to play you'll just be 100+ ping or so
Game is not PAY TO WIN at all, it is really all about skills
Even if you pay for certain weps they only come with certain perks

Ex :

More ammo , faster reload time , able to hit enemy with right click (VVIP only)

I play CF PH but decided to quit for a while cuz it gets boring with all the hackers around plus certain weapons in the game are overbuffed imo. Like for example Steyr TMP's firing rate and accuracy, the M1216's pellet scatters, the M14 EBR and RSH-12's damage and the Dual Karambits' slashing speed.

And players can also glitch (in solid figures without dying) on certain maps like Castle and Mexico S&D Mode.

Fun Fact: the most played S&D map in CrossFire PH is "Black Widow" and the map resembles "de_dust2" in Counter Strike.
