[B]Suggestion description:[/People online would be able to watch a CW live as its happening. Of course with a 20 second delay tho. This could motivate players to CW also help the helpless improve on CW tactics and basic map knowledge. Could possibly make CW more active. Also give the users a chance to announce CW'S? like have a time limit but let them. A lot of GM's here are one sided and I don't need to put evidence, we all know it.]

when it comes to like 4s/5s someone on either team generally streams, you can just whisper them and ask them to

not always. i've done my share of 4's and 5's CW and trust me its hard to get a stream going. Most people quit after 2-3 CW's
