[Help - Error] Shockgun can't run Fgunz

User Shockgun has trouble running Fgunz. When he starts the game, he is allowed in it, but when he clicks on inventory or shop or channel the game crashes therefore he cannot play. I am posting for him since he does not have a forum account. He uninstalled Fgunz already and restarted his computer but the issue persists. What should he do so he can continue playing Fgunz without it crashing?

I'd suggest you tell him to make a forum account first, so he can adress the problem first handed, instead of you and a potentional admin conversing through each other for him. Just my two cents.
