Puck is a legendary demon basically the ice legendary demon, His daughter is none other then.




The first part were subaru loses is fingers is also caused by Puck.
But damn! studio white fox sure made a impact with this episode holy shit how sad and brutal it was.

Well in his contract it says if anything happens to Emilia he would make an ice age out of the world.. or something similar to that.
So we can assume that something horrible happened to Emilia (probably dead)..

At Subarus first dead he got close to that chamber in that castle where he then died by getting frozen. We can now say that the frozen part comes from Puck..
At his second dead he isn't even close to that chamber and Puck didn't even have Mercy
