event items are not permanent except for the jjang

I mean the items i obtained from the stages, those items!, sorry, mistook myself there probably, but any items i obtained from staging, Like Scriders ammo poach is now gone from my normal inventory and nothing shows up in central bank.

So, l got a legendary chest today on one character, and one can not send it over to that character at all, or by means of a bank use?

Because the chest is for male and my main char is a female.
