The Q6600 is an older cpu, try doing a pinmod to crank its clock up to 3ghz, see if that alleviates the fps drops. If that doesn't help, turn antialiasing down to 4xaa (8xaa is too much for a 7750, that card wasn't designed for it at all), and clean your computer of all the dust.

Please set Multi Sampling to 0x.
That GPU wont handle 8x very well to put it kindly.
CPU should be fine though(unless its overheating). I used to run a C2Q and got over 1000+fps with an HD4850.

See if that makes a difference and then you can creep the setting back up till it cant handle it. You may also try disabling reflections(helps with water maps) and dynamic light(helps immensely when people shoot to maintain a stable frame rate). Set effects to low as well, that will help a lot when people are shooting, due to the bullet marks(which i will change it so that the Shot Effect option in the menu disables those for the next patch).
