burn ur pc and router

call ur isp that their isp ****ing sucks and cancel ur payments for the net


call a different network company and replace with the old one


buy a new pc and a router also

buy condoms / size XL

then install the router to ur brand new pc

turn on router
now place the condom on the router

then install gunz to see if it works

if it comes with the same result
