Let me remind you of the response from a similar suggestion from not that long ago.

They will NOT be removed, however, you are right as they shouldn't have been 85 delay.

Currently:

Lvl 99 rifle x2: 25 dmg, 90 delay. (effective damage output: 277,75)
Jack's rifle x2: 26 dmg, 85 delay. (effective damage output: 305,76)

The delay should be increased from 85 to 90.
Which would decrease the effective damage output from 305,76 to 288,86 (5,5% less effective)
and fix the gap between lvl 99 and donors.

Doesn't sound like much, but it should make a difference.

ROFL do you realize that they are still op if u raised the delay by 5 and its still outputting 277 dmg itsn ot really a nerf because 277 dmg is like a full kill
