Weird spike...

The name of the post is pretty much what I mean I have like these weird spikes>.>

I'm not entirely sure but it's like a frameskip or something.. it happens like every 30-40 secs and I can't seem to fix it. I only have this spikish prob with this specific server I tried lowering settings all the way to low, changing resolution and even bit.. no good..

My computer is totally clean I use gamebooster etc ... and I have the recommended specs..

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?...?

Na it's like any other like normal spike it will just freeze me for like a split sec....

I close everything and the gamebooster closes all the unnecessary things in my processor.
