Probably looking at the picture ur download was corrupted..Make sure u closed any open programs while downloading.. save the program before running it

well if the anti-virus has a problem with any files doesn't it just delete the "infected" file only (uaually GunzLauncher.exe) upon installation and continue on with installation? but yeah you should definitely turn off you're anti-virus

My resolution is 1920x1080 so if that's to big change it in config in the video section
(if it's to small you shouldn't have a problem changing it in game )
