1. Added gunz to firewall's exception list
2. added it to antivirus's exception
3. re-installed the game
4. updated as well

Correct me if I'm wrong but that shouldn't do anything? I've never once ran into issues with closed ports causing issues with communicating to the server. Just other players. (Essence of p2p)
