Okay so how about when someone is muted they can't see the chat... besides in the event channel. And even there, they can only see the chat of staff members. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This should prevent the provocation of muted users.

if youre friends with someone they think u ignore them and then u have online beef with them

Their fault for doing whatever got them muted. It's a punishment.

Or, you can just bold their name on the scoreboard, you know like a staff member, but in black which'll mean they're muted.

YES YES something to signify they are muted. But it has to be ugly to the eye. Can't want people getting muted on purpose for a pretty look '-'

Also when someone whispers like Stuwadie said, it should say "You cannot talk to this person right now as they are muted" or something. So they know the muted person isn't ignoring, they just cant reply

Nope, a punishment is a punishment. If they get provoked they can simply report it, or ignore the provoking user. I highly doubt something like this will be add, because they already add an awesome called command ''/IGNORE'', I think that command was developed to kind of not waste development time on these things. its not going about that; if u read the tread (not randomly reply) u can see that he is talking about, that onthers players knows when some1 is muted.
