[Help - Runnable] constant 75 fps

I am getting constant 75 fps ingame. This is not the case on different servers. What could be the solution for this? Windows 7

PC desktop. I'm getting normal fps on other servers. this problem occurs just on FGunZ

Double check your L33T tab in settings to make sure it hasn't capped its self at 75

Make sure MultiSampling is none and fps isn't locked to a certain number
